Vietnamese food enjoys a fantastic combination of textures and flavours, tasting as wonderfully fresh, colourful and exotic as it appears to the eye.

Learning to cook new, healthy and surprisingly simple recipes with a group of fellow foodies. You’ll use economical ingredients you can find in your local supermarket, a sprinkling of more adventurous ingredients and pick up some interesting new preparation techniques. The final combination of flavours, textures and aromas are deliciously impressive!

The classes are small, so there’s plenty of opportunity for conversation and one-to-one teaching. Book with a friend, a parent or a sibling, or come alone and meet new people.

Complete beginners and enthusiastic home cooks will find the day relaxing, informative, creative and thoroughly enjoyable and you’ll leave with the confidence to have a go at home – choosing a single dish for a speedy midweek dinner, or cooking up the entire menu for a weekend feast for family and friends!

What to expect:

An enjoyable, relaxed, and informative day surrounded by people who love food and good company. Everyone is welcome – from complete novices to confident home cooks.

You will cook:

Final menu to be confirmed but including :
Banh mi
Bun cha (meatballs)
Summer rolls
Nuoc cham and peanut dipping sauces

Timetable:

10.00am      Coffee and a chat about your kitchen experience & what you want out of the day
11.30am      Summer rolls
1.30pm        Lunch and aim to finish at 2.30pm

Allergen information:

The classes include a wide range of ingredients including wheat, rye, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame sulphites and soya so whilst we make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, this cannot be guaranteed.

Dietary restrictions:

Please inform us if you are vegetarian.
