Continental Bread Baking

Adult and Teen Bread Class

A relaxed and enjoyable way to spend a day with your teenager – baking and chatting in the light and airy kitchen of the cookery school. The last Adult and Teen class was such a success, I’ve added it to the list of classes I’ll run regularly. You’ll bake a pain de mie loaf (like brioche but easier), ham and cheese wraps, rustic fougasse, crusty rolls and fresh pizza for your lunch.
