This will be such a lovely, fun-filled, relaxing day making and baking Christmas gifts for your friends and family. I haven’t quite decided what we’ll be making yet as people have made so many wonderful suggestions. From spiced lemon and ginger biscotti to fruity Florentines, Norwegian rye crackers and sweet chilli jam, dark chocolate orange and ginger slices to freshly baked, light as a feather amoretti biscuits. All the flavours of Christmas in beautifully hand-wrapped, individually labelled parcels. Simply lovely.

What to expect:
An enjoyable, relaxed, and informative day surrounded by people who love food and good company. Everyone is welcome – from complete novices to enthusiastic and adventurous home cooks.
You will make and bake:

9.30am – Coffee and a chat about your baking experience & what you want out of the day
11.30am – Second Breakfast
2.30pm – Lunch with a glass of wine
3.30pm – Aim to finish, but this can be variable
Allergen information:
The classes include a wide range of ingredients including wheat, rye, dairy, eggs, nuts, sesame sulphites and soya so whilst we make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, this cannot be guaranteed.
