What to Expect

Cost £100 for the full day 9.30am – 3pm with lunch at around 1.30pm in the sunroom.

What to expect Coffee in the kitchen and a prompt start. You will mix three batches of dough and cover the science and skills you’ll need to bake fantastic bread in your own kitchen.

Class size  A maximum of 5 bakers allowing plenty of opportunity for discussion, hands on experience and questions.

What to bring Just yourself and your questions. All equipment, aprons, ingredients, recipes and refreshments (including lunch with wine) are included.

What you will take home A big bag of the bread you have baked, a recipe booklet – and the knowledge, skills and confidence you’ll need to get started at home.

Ovens  One Aga and two conventional ovens.

Please arrive promptly. There’s lots to get through!
