Only a few generations ago, people made their own cheese at home. We’re lucky to have so many wonderful cheeses available in the local deli, farmer’s market or supermarket. But have you ever wondered how to make cheese yourself? Its surprisingly simple and straightforward, needing only a few ingredients and equipment you’ll have in your home kitchen already. And your friends and family will be SO impressed!!
