Suitable for: anyone who fancies learning to bake bread and spending a day hanging out with their favourite teen!
Description: You’ll make 2 different types of dough and bake 4 types of bread including a perfect pizza for lunch and three breads to take home and show off to friends and family.
Programme:
- 9.30am Prompt start! It’s a busy day and there’s a lot to get done. Coffee and a brief chat about your previous experience and what you’d like to achieve by the end of the day.
- 11.30am Second breakfast.
- 2.30pm Lunch with a glass of wine for over 18s and freshly baked pizza.
- 4.30pm Aim to finish. Times may vary depending on experience, conversation and the weather!
What to bring: Just yourself, your questions and a smile. All equipment, aprons, ingredients, recipes, refreshments and lunch are included.
