9.30am – 4.30pm
7-8 bakers per class

The ciabatta / focaccia dough is very wet so you’ll probably get more out of the class if you have some experience baking bread. But if you don’t mind a challenge (and getting a bit messy) take the plunge and make a booking! With only 7 or 8 bakers per class, there’s plenty of opportunity for questions, discussion and 1:1 tuition.

9.30am Coffee and a chat about your baking experience and what you’d like out of the day

11.30am Second Breakfast

1.30pm Lunch in the sun room with a glass of wine and the first taste of your own bread

4.30pm Aim to finish. Times vary depending on experience, conversation and the weather

What to bring

Just yourself, your questions and a smile.

All equipment, aprons, ingredients, recipes, refreshments and lunch are included.
