Focusing on your breathing whilst mixing and kneading dough by hand helps you to slow down, soothing the senses and balancing your mind and body. Lin Leong is an experienced physiotherapist and yoga teacher whilst Rachael Watson (an ex-GP and pain therapist) opened the Abergavenny Baker Cookery School in 2015 to bring more creativity and balance into her own life.
