Bread & Breath Class

If you fancy a bit of a treat, or if your life seems overly busy or you’re feeling stressed or anxious, book onto this new Bread and Breath Class.

Note: If the classes are showing as sold out or if you need two spaces but there is only one space left, please contact Rachael to be added to the waiting list or to see if we can squeeze you in.

Focusing on your breathing whilst mixing and kneading dough by hand helps you to slow down, soothing the senses and balancing your mind and body. Lin Leong is an experienced physiotherapist and yoga teacher whilst Rachael Watson (an ex-GP and pain therapist) opened the Abergavenny Baker Cookery School in 2015 to bring more creativity and balance into her own life.
