This class is inspired by the month we spent in Goa in January 2024. The recipes are based on the deliciously fresh dishes we prepared in Rahul’s Cookery School in Palolem and our favourite breakfast at Agonda Cottages (where our waiter cleared the kitchen to demonstrate how to make aloo paratha). Combining simple ingredients with garlic, ginger, coconut, herbs and spices to create vibrant curries that nourish your body and soul!
