Goan Curries

In 2024 we spent a month in Goa tasting all the local dishes (some of them heavily influenced by tourism) in Agonda, a beautiful little village by the sea. The cookery schools (and the very friendly waiters in our hotel) taught us that traditional Goan curry is completely different to the Indian food we eat in UK restaurants. It’s light, fresh, delicious and incredibly simple to make at home!
